What is your return / exchange policy?

Vancouverish will gladly accept returns / exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Please email hello@vancouverish.com with your order number and specific items you would like to return / exchange.

Returned / exchanged merchandise must be in original sellable condition.

Vancouverish will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

In the case of a return, when your items are received Vancouverish will refund to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made.

Vancouverish will process your refund within three business days. The time it takes for the refund to post back to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

How can I check the status of my order?

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping within Canada is free.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States for a flat rate of $20.

If you want to order to a country other than Canada / USA please email hello@vancouverish.com and we'll get back to you. We haven't enabled other countries by default since customers are typically local to Vancouver.

What credit cards do you accept?

Vancouverish accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay are also accepted.

Is this site secure?

Vancouverish uses 256-bit SSL encryption on the site, and uses Shopify for processing payments. As a payment processor, Shopify fully complies with all PCI requirements for e-commerce security. This means that any personal information entered is fully protected and will never be disclosed. Shopify utilizes the most up-to-date firewall and 256-bit SSL encryption techniques which ensures that your information is totally secure at all times.

What is your policy on privacy?

Vancouverish respects your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary to complete your order, or to contact you regarding the status of your order. We will not sell or share your name or personal information. Vancouverish utilizes browser cookies for basic non-sensitive information that is critical to shopping cart functionality.
